Meet the Corporate Advisory Team!

The mission of the Corporate Advisory Team is to foster support and give guidance for payment card professionals in the corporate sector, through networking and a variety of resources, to assist in the development and attainment of goals for their programs which bring value for companies and employees.

 

Loren Blank, Nightwing

Loren Blank is the Travel and Expense Manager at Nightwing, responsible for the travel program, policy, expense reporting and Corporate Card, including Purchasing Cards and Travel Cards. Loren has 14 years of experience from a few different roles in the T&E industry. Most recently, she managed the travel and expense program at a global financial company for 8 years before starting at Nightwing in March 2025. Loren joined IOCP in 2021 and spoke at the Annual Conference in 2023. She is also a former member of the IOCP Global Advisory Team.

Robyn Brown, Kinder Morgan

Robyn Brown is the strategic sourcing procurement cards supervisor at Kinder Morgan. With 14+ years of experience in Travel Cards, Purchase Cards, expense reports, and compliance, she has managed global programs across EMEA and APAC, including training Tesla's APAC Expense Report team. She joined the Institute of Commercial Payments in 2024 and was a speaker at the 2025 Annual Conference.

Tony Grayson, U.S. Bank

Tony currently serves as a payment solutions consultant for U.S. Bank Corporate Payment Systems and Treasury Management. As a solutions consultant, he engages with clients in the corporate, higher education and governmental sectors to provide payment card strategy, implementation and operational best practices recommendations. Before joining U.S. Bank, Tony served as Vanderbilt University’s senior director of Procure-to-Pay, Travel and Payment Cards. His responsibilities included all procurement, accounts payable and employee reimbursement activities, oversight of the university’s managed travel program and delivery of all programs in the university’s payment cards portfolio.

Tony received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Tennessee and his Master of Business Administration from Tennessee Tech University. He also holds the Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Accredited Procure-to-Pay Manager (APPM) professional designations. He is a member of the IOCP Corporate Advisory Team.

Phillis Hanchey, Universal Weather & Aviation

Phillis Hanchey is the Global Corporate Card Program Administrator for Universal Weather & Aviation, with over 25 years of T&E, Purchasing Card and expense reporting experience. She was a former member of NAPCP and after an absence is back as an active member of IOCP.  Phillis’s experience scans across experience from cardholder, back up administrator to Global Commercial Card Program Administrator. Through this time her roles have been to format and implement new applications and cardholder’s agreements, establish and update policies and procedures for card programs as well as implementation of programs in Singapore, Brazil and the UK, among domestic roll out of virtual card use. Growing the current program with her employer is utmost in the forefront of day-to-day operations.

Ronda Johnson, SCI
Team Chairperson

Ronda Johnson was named manager of Purchasing Card program with SCI Shared Resources, LLC in 2021, which has over 4,000 cardholders, over $400M in spend and over 1.2M transactions annually. In this role, Ronda leads a terrific team in providing oversight, administration and review of all aspects of the company's corporate Purchasing Card program, including internal controls/compliance, the Purchasing Card help desk and review and analysis of transactional activity. In addition to these duties Ronda also manages card program tools such as the automated cardholder portal, expense module and audit tool. Prior to 2021 Ronda was senior P-Card business analyst and has had four other roles since joining SCI in 2001. With over 20 years' experience, Ronda continues to use her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.

Ronda enjoys spending time with her family and entertaining. She is a big believer in "whom much is given much is required" and supports her local church, American Diabetes Association and United Way's Target Hunger.

Alberto Lopez, Alteryx

Alberto Lopez is a finance professional with over a decade of experience, specializing in travel and expense management and corporate card programs. As Corporate Card Lead at Alteryx, Inc., he spearheaded the company’s first global corporate card program and streamlining processes and procedures. With nine years in travel and expense functions, Alberto enjoys creating efficient systems that balance cost control with employee satisfaction.

Matthew McCallister, CPCP, Brookfield Property REIT Inc.

Matthew McCallister joined Brookfield Properties (formerly General Growth) in 2004, and manages the Credit Card services team, expense reporting team, accounts payable group, co-manages the company’s fleet of vehicles, and is responsible for the company’s property tax processing and payments. The company’s card programs are in excess of $100 million and include Purchasing Cards, Travel Cards, Ghost Card/BTA, Fuel Cards and ePayables. Matt has full responsibility for these areas of the business, which serves internal customers at 170 locations in 43 states. Matt brings more than 30 years of experience in Credit Card programs and accounting when sharing his industry knowledge via webinars and in-person presentations for multiple institutions (including IOCP, U.S. Bank and American Express) over the past decade. Matt is currently a member of the IOCP Corporate Advisory Team.

Cedrina Todd, Global Medical Response

Cedrina Todd is the P-Card Administrator and National Fuel Logistics manager for Global Medical Response. She manages the P-Card, Virtual Card and Fleet Card program and oversees monthly Concur submissions to ensure policy compliance.
Cedrina started with Air Medical Group Holdings as a P-Card Admin in 2016 and was promoted to run the program for Global Medical Response in 2020. She currently attends Tarleton State University with a degree in communications
